CRB Design Co. · Residential Design & Drafting · Vernon & the Okanagan
Where vision
meets structure.
Thoughtful custom residential design grounded in the Okanagan landscape, your lifestyle and the realities of building.
01 / Philosophy
Homes shaped around the people who live in them.
Vision
We explore how you want to live and what your property makes possible. Light, views, privacy, and the relationships between spaces help shape the layout and character of your home.
Structure
Practical construction understanding helps carry the vision into thoughtful details and clear drawings for the people building your home.
02 / Approach
Design intent, carried through.
We consider form, everyday function, materials, and building systems together as the design develops. Clear construction documentation carries that thinking forward, helping builders and consultants understand the intent and details.
About the studio03 / The project journey
From your vision to a thoughtfully resolved design.
Site & Feasibility
Zoning, setbacks, slope and sun mapped before design begins, so the home starts from what the property allows.
Custom Homes
Residences shaped around the lot, the views and the way you live through an Okanagan year.
Renovations & Additions
Extensions and transformations that feel like they were always part of the house.
Construction Documentation
Coordinated drawings that give your builder and consultants a clear understanding of the design.
Meet Cordell Maguire

Your home begins with a conversation with the person who will design it. Cordell works directly with clients to explore their property's possibilities and develop a home around how they want to live. More than ten years of construction industry experience, a diploma in Civil Engineering Technology, and extensive experience in truss and engineered wood product design inform his approach. He connects creative decisions with the practical details needed to carry them into construction.
