We were genuinely thrilled when this one landed on our desk. The homeowner's ideas sparked the same enthusiasm that keeps us sketching rooflines after hours - turning a 1,200 square-foot kit build into a bold dual A-frame form that the client named Twin Peaks. We cannot wait to see it take shape.

Built by Reico Construction. Started with an existing plan that needed refinement - the builder reached out to see if our team would take it on, drawing on our designer's structural background. What developed was an extensive undertaking, turning a blank slate into a complementary extension of what was there before.

Coldstream Deck Reno

What began as a consult on a kitchen and deck reno turned an unused RV parking pad into a covered carport and deck. Mid-conversation, the homeowners asked, “Looking at our house - what would you do to modernize it? We love timber details.” Our answer: lean into texture and revisit the colour palette.

With the pad already poured, the homeowners came to us with a clear vision: “we want a shop for our toys that looks as though it’s been standing alongside the main house since it was built.” The result - a complementary 30×40 board-and-batten accessory build with ample storage for their toys, plus attic trusses for extra storage down the road.
